Job summary

PT Persol Recruitment Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive people strategies in a manufacturing environment in Sidoarjo, East Java. The role requires deep expertise in strategic HR, organizational development, and labor relations.

You will lead HR Operations, oversee talent management, succession planning, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws, partnering with senior management to shape culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in HR with at least 5 years in an HR Director or equivalent leadership role
• Expertise in strategic HR management and organizational development
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, industrial relations, and HR compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and culture development
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans
• Lead HR Operations, Organization Development & People, Learning & Development, General Services and HRDOP
• Drive organizational development, talent management, leadership development, and succession planning
• Oversee industrial relations, employee engagement, labor law compliance, and HR policies
• Lead organizational transformation, workforce planning, and culture development
• Partner with the President Director and senior management to provide strategic HR insights and support business decisions
• Monitor HR performance and organizational effectiveness to improve overall business performance
