Job summary

PT Inter World Steel Mills Indonesia (IWSMI) seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at Head Office in Central Jakarta and coordinate with the Tangerang factory.

You will report to Management and drive workforce planning, employee relations, and HR governance while aligning with production needs. The role requires strategic leadership and functional expertise across HR disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 3 in a managerial role.
• Experience with industrial relations and labor unions in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.
• Hands-on with HRIS and payroll systems (Talenta preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Design and review organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines.
• Strengthen HR systems, policies, and governance across Head Office and factory.
• Oversee labor relations, engagement with unions, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Manage performance, rewards, development, and succession planning.
• Lead recruitment planning, workforce capability building, and payroll coordination.
