Job summary

PT Suryacipta Swadaya in Karawang, West Java seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and workforce development. You will oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations, and policy updates to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.

The role requires 7+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, strong English skills, and a readiness to travel to Subang as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology, law, or equivalent.
• English language required (oral and written).
• 7+ years HR experience with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relations, HRIS, etc).
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented data administration, able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be based in Karawang, West Java, with travel to Subang as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including planning, sourcing, screening, selection, placement, onboarding, and orientation.
• Manage recruitment channels, candidate sourcing, interview processes, and reporting with a positive candidate experience.
• Build and strengthen the talent pipeline through workforce planning and development programs.
• Oversee performance management and employee development activities, including PIP and training needs.
• Oversee HR operations, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, records, and HRIS compliance.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR planning, budgeting, policy/process improvements, and other HR projects.
