Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Minimum 7 years HR work experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relations, HRIS, etc.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, data administration, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, selection, placement, onboarding, and orientation.
• Manage recruitment channels, candidate sourcing, interviews, selection processes, and recruitment reporting.
• Build and strengthen the talent pipeline through workforce planning, development programs, and succession planning.
• Oversee performance management and employee development activities including performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Oversee HR operations and administration including employee records, HRIS, payroll coordination, and related documentation.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR planning and organizational initiatives including HR budget, manpower reporting, policy and process improvements.
