Job summary

PT Surya Semesta Internusa, Tbk is seeking a senior HR leader to drive end-to-end recruitment, talent development, and HR operations. The role oversees manpower planning, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

Based in Karawang with occasional travel to Subang, you will build a strong talent pipeline and support organizational initiatives. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/law, at least 7 years HR experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, law or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of HR experience with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, IR, HRIS.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and related HR regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, data administration, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, selection, placement, onboarding and orientation.
• Manage recruitment channels, candidate sourcing, interview and selection processes, and reporting; ensure positive candidate experience.
• Strengthen talent pipeline through workforce planning, development programs and succession strategies.
• Oversee performance management and employee development activities across the organization.
• Handle HR operations and administration, including records, HRIS, payroll coordination and compliance.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Support HR planning and organizational initiatives and budget management.
