Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK seeks an experienced HR leader based in Karawang, West Java, to drive end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development. You will manage HR operations, payroll coordination, and personnel administration while maintaining strong labor-law compliance and a positive employee relations climate.

Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, overseeing performance management, and coordinating training needs to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, psychology, law, or equivalent.
• English proficiency required (oral and written).
• 7+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of HR functions: recruitment, personnel administration, training & development, performance management, industrial relations, HRIS, etc.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and related HR regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based in Karawang, West Java, with travel to Subang as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, and personnel administration in compliance with policies.
• Strengthen talent pipelines via workforce planning, development programs, and succession planning.
• Manage performance management and employee development programs and training needs.
• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
