Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience with 2+ in supervisory role.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, recruitment agencies, universities, social media, and networking initiatives.
• Supervise and develop the recruitment team while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare recruitment reports, recommend process improvements, and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Company's talent acquisition efforts.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
