• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning, and development.
• Lead Employee Relations, HR governance, and compliance with regulations.
• Drive organizational development, restructuring, and manpower planning.
• Coordinate HR projects, budgets, vendors, and ISO audit support.
