PT Surya Industrial Nusantara seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR strategy development and policy implementation aligned with business goals and operations across client locations.

You will oversee full-cycle recruitment, HR operations, and manage outsourced workforce while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour regulations and effective workforce planning.

Travel to client sites as needed and lead a team to drive performance, payroll coordination, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Experience in outsourcing companies, labour providers, manpower services, or industrial services is a major advantage.
• Understanding of Indonesian employment regulations including PKWT/PKWTT, wages, BPJS, industrial relations, and employment termination procedures.
• Experience in mass recruitment, workforce planning, and managing employees across multiple placement locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to handle diverse client needs and meet recruitment targets and workforce requirements within deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR administration, data processing, and report preparation.
• Willing to travel for official duties or visits to client work locations as needed.
• Able to work independently and in teams with high integrity and responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and align HR strategies and policies with company objectives and operational requirements.
• Manage complete recruitment processes including workforce planning, job postings, selection, interviews, and employee placement at client locations.
• Oversee HR operations including employee administration, contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), onboarding, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and termination.
• Manage outsourced workforce deployed across client locations to ensure availability meets operational needs.
• Communicate with clients regarding workforce needs, performance evaluation, disciplinary issues, and workforce replacement.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including employment agreements, wages, working hours, BPJS Health, and BPJS Employment.
• Handle industrial relations, grievances, disputes, and termination processes.
• Lead, direct, and evaluate HR team performance across recruitment, administration, and field HR staff.
• Develop and monitor HR KPI like turnover, absenteeism, productivity, and retention.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Business Development on workforce planning, HR budget, payroll, and client contracts.
• Identify employment risks and develop improvements to enhance workforce management and service quality.
• Conduct regular client site visits to monitor workforce conditions and policy compliance.
