Job summary

PT Seongsan International in Jakarta seeks an experienced HR professional to plan and manage human resources activities across our manufacturing and general trading operations. You will lead manpower planning, recruitment, and employee development, ensuring policies are followed and aligned with company goals.

You will coordinate with all departments to implement HR functions, maintain personnel records, and oversee training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, HR Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Senior HR or HR Supervisor position.
• Experience managing HR operations in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR-related legal procedures.
• Experienced in handling employee training records, employee development programs, and HR administration.
• Familiar with company legal documentation and government administrative processes, including document preparation and submission to relevant government institutions.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English will be an advantage.
• Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or outside regular working hours when required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage manpower planning and recruitment program.
• Oversee employee recruitment and selection in line with manpower requirements and policies.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure effective implementation of HR functions, policies, procedures, systems, and work plans.
• Manage and control employee administration, personnel records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs, including maintaining training records and competencies.
• Handle HR-related legal and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
