Job summary

People Search International is assisting an established building materials manufacturer in Indonesia to recruit an experienced Human Resources Head. This senior role leads the overall HR strategy, operations and organizational transformation, reporting directly to the Board of Directors to align people initiatives with business objectives.

You will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and HRIS while driving change management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3–4 years leading the entire HR function.
• Must have solid HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience in business transformation, organizational restructuring and change management.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to engage with senior executives and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with objectives and priorities.
• Oversee talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, IR, and HRIS.
• Drive organizational transformation, change management initiatives, and HR process improvements.
• Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Establish performance management, employee engagement and a high‑performance culture.
• Manage compensation structures, benefits policies, and HR budgeting for cost efficiency.
• Lead industrial relations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Serve as strategic HR advisor to the Board of Directors with insights on organizational effectiveness.
