Qualifications

• Experience with Indonesian manpower regulations and HR contracts.
• 6–8 years in HR, with generalist or HRBP exposure and operations.
• Experience leading local statutory processes and policy updates.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Indonesia office.
• Execute local HR administration, onboarding, and records.
• Partner with HQ HR to design practical people solutions.
• Advise leaders on people strategy and organisational needs.
• Use people data to guide decisions and highlight issues early.
• Support payroll coordination and local regulatory compliance.
