Job summary

Koperasikana is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies, aligned with company objectives in Indonesia. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour regulations and internal policies while building robust HR processes.

Crucially, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, BPJS administration, and employee relations, while developing KPIs and training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with team leadership.
• Understanding of Indonesian labour regulations and their application in employment relationships.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR development.
• Skilled in developing policies, SOPs, job descriptions, KPIs, and HR reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategies and policies aligned with company needs.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
• Oversee payroll, BPJS administration, attendance, leave, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and internal policies.
• Lead HR team and report to management.
• Develop training programs, career development, talent management, and succession planning.
• Handle industrial relations and employee issues.
