Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity in Indonesia seeks an HR Manager to be the country’s sole HR presence, partnering with the GM and local leaders while rolling out HQ-led programmes in line with local employment law. The role blends strategic business partnering with hands-on operations across recruitment, people operations, and HRIS.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, manage payroll liaison, implement local policies, and use people data to influence leadership decisions, ensuring compliant, efficient HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6–8 years of HR experience with generalist or HRBP exposure
• 2–3 years as sole/lead HR practitioner or HRBP with local statutory ownership
• Hands-on with Indonesian manpower regulations (PKWT/PKWTT), BPJS, THR, WLKP, severance
• Experience updating HR policies/contracts due to employment law changes (e.g., 2023 Job Creation Law, 2024 ruling)
• HRIS experience (Workday a plus) and Excel-based reporting
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Indonesia office
• Implement HR strategies and provide talent alignment to business strategy
• Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends
• Execute local HR administration and align with Singapore HR
• Apply policies and statutory requirements and flag changes to HQ HR
• Payroll liaison to ensure data and documents for monthly runs
• Maintain accurate personnel files and lifecycle documentation
• Deliver tactical elements of employee engagement and policies
• Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
• Partner with HQ HR to design practical people solutions
• Advise GM and local leaders on people strategy and needs
• Use people data to guide decisions and raise issues before escalation
• Drive performance management, recognition, and career development
