MODICO Studio seeks an HRGA Generalist to lead HR and general administration, shaping a productive, healthy, and values-driven work environment. You will implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance processes while managing recruitment, training, payroll, attendance, and compliance.

With at least 5 years in HRGA and supervisory experience, you will drive organisational development and partner with management to build HR systems from foundation to culture strengthening for MODICO Studio & Alcola

Formación

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law or related field.
• At least 5 years in HRGA with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong understanding of labour law, HR systems, and performance management.
• Ability to create SOPs, KPIs, and HR reports in a structured way.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR systems (SOPs, KPIs, performance appraisals, organisational structure).
• Conduct recruitment, training, and ongoing employee development.
• Handle HR administration including payroll, attendance, BPJS, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
• Manage General Affairs: security, facilities, and work environment.
• Support a positive, disciplined, and results-oriented work culture.
• Serve as strategic partner to management for long-term organisational development.
