Job summary

AZKA GROUP is seeking an HRGA professional to build and manage professional, structured HR and operational systems across the organization to support long-term growth.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, contracts, attendance, payroll coordination, BPJS, and compliance while developing SOPs, KPIs, and performance evaluation processes; strong people management and hands-on oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HRGA experience in multi-unit or multi-division companies.
• Understanding of employment administration, industrial relations, BPJS, and employment regulations.
• Understanding of SOP development, KPI setting, job descriptions, and performance evaluation systems.
• Strong recruitment and people management capabilities.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets and HR administration applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work hands-on and oversee operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, interviews, and employee onboarding processes
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, employee databases, and personnel administration
• Manage attendance, tardiness, leave, permits, overtime, and employee discipline
• Develop job descriptions, KPIs, SOPs, company regulations, and performance evaluation systems
• Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of employee performance
• Handle industrial relations issues and resolve internal conflicts
• Ensure employment administration complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage BPJS Health and Employment administration and coordinate payroll
• Manage company assets, inventory, facilities, and operational needs
• Oversee cleanliness, security, building maintenance, and work environment
