Sunrecruit seeks a Country HR Manager / HR Director to lead HR across Indonesia, based in Palembang. You will align HR strategy with group objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive people initiatives nationwide.

The role requires 8–10 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in management, with strong labor-law knowledge and cross-cultural communication in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience with 3–5 years in a managerial role in Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and market trends.
• Proven track record in multinational or group company structures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and English; Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR leadership and strategy for all entities in Indonesia.
• Partner with business leaders on organization design and workforce planning.
• Lead talent management, including recruitment, learning, and performance management.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate with Group HR to harmonize global policies with local needs.
