Job summary

PT Pamenang Buana Raya is seeking an HRD professional to support human resources management in our Surabaya-based company. The role covers recruitment, employee administration, attendance, data handling, and coordination of workforce needs for both company and project operations.

Key tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing HR documents, managing attendance and payroll-related data, and generating HR reports for management.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education, open to all majors.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Interest and passion in Human Resources / Human Capital field.
• Understanding of basic HR processes and employee administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented in managing data, documents, and employee administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to conduct interviews and communicate with candidates and employees.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of company and employee data and information.
• Problem-solving capability and ability to handle issues professionally.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Able to prioritize work and complete tasks according to deadlines.
• Disciplined, honest, responsible, proactive attitude with integrity.
• Willing to learn HR systems and procedures applicable in the company.
• Willing to work full time in Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment and employee selection processes, from candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, to employee acceptance.
• Manage employee administration and database accurately and systematically.
• Prepare and manage employee-related documents, including employment contracts, assignment letters, warning letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
• Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave, permits, tardiness, and overtime.
• Assist with payroll administration processes and ensure supporting data is complete.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding workforce needs and administration.
• Monitor workforce needs for office and project operations.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and ensure administrative completeness.
• Create periodic HR reports to management.
