Job summary

Sunway Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR in Indonesia. You will drive recruitment, payroll, compliance, and policy improvements in a fast-growing regional business.

The role requires strong leadership, English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency, and proven experience across HR functions to support talent development and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, BA, psychology, or related field.
• 5–8 years HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Employment Law, BPJS, payroll, and IR.
• Experience managing full HR functions and recruitment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, BPJS, leave, and claims.
• Drive HR policy development and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and reporting.
• Support training, development, and succession planning.
• Manage HR operations and liaise with authorities.
