Job summary

Huawei seeks a Vertical Solution Expert (FSI) to bridge banking and fintech needs with enterprise ICT solutions. You will work with Key Account Managers, sales teams, and internal units to drive digital transformation and commercial success across FSI accounts.

The role requires presales, account management, and senior stakeholder engagement, with fluency in English and hands-on cloud, data center, SD-WAN, and digital banking platforms. Jakarta-based, on-site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, telecom, CS or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years engaging with FSI customers including banks, fintech and digital platforms.
Strong background in presales, account management, or solution consulting in technology companies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary industry solution focal point for FSI enterprise accounts (banks, fintech, financial institutions).
Collaborate with KAMs and sales to identify opportunities and shape ICT solutions for project wins.
Engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
Analyze financial industry challenges and digital transformation requirements to identify opportunities.
Translate industry scenarios into scalable ICT and digital transformation solutions aligned with Huawei portfolio.
Lead scenario-based solution planning and support end-to-end implementation across FSI projects.
Support cloud, data center, SD-WAN, digital banking platforms and intelligent financial infrastructure initiatives.
