Job summary

Huawei Indonesia is seeking an Account Manager – FSI to strengthen its enterprise business with banks and financial institutions. You will manage accounts, drive revenue growth, and lead end-to-end ICT solution sales.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, develop strategic plans, collaborate with channel partners, and coordinate resources to deliver complex ICT projects in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant ICT field required.
• Minimum 7 years of direct enterprise sales experience in ICT/telecom.
• Minimum 5 years managing Financial Services Industry accounts in enterprise IT/ICT.
• Experience selling enterprise networking, storage, optical, and related ICT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue growth, market share, P&L across assigned financial services accounts.
• Develop quarterly and annual business plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and executive leadership in banks and FI.
• Identify customer priorities and position enterprise ICT solutions.
• Drive end-to-end sales including opportunity identification, bidding, and closing.
• Achieve targets across Huawei enterprise portfolio (networking, storage, wireless, etc).
• Conduct ongoing sales activities: pipeline management and forecasting.
• Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen market penetration and lead generation.
• Coordinate resources to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve win rates.
