Job summary

Crown Paints Limited is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with major FMCG clients in Samarinda. You will drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships with retailers and distributors across East Kalimantan.

The role requires 5+ years of KAM experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and readiness to travel within the Samarinda region. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Ability to travel within the Samarinda region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key retailers and distributors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance for account execution.
• Manage account profitability and resolve client queries promptly.
