Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a high-performing IT Sales professional to join our team. You will be assigned to industry pillars such as Commercial, Financial Services, Telco or Earth Resources, and drive opportunities from lead generation to closing.

You will build relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers, propose tailored IT solutions (Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Hardware or Software), and collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in technology, accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B IT sales.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT products and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and upselling.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal and closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure feasible solutions.
