Job summary

PT Berca Hardayaperkasa in Jakarta seeks a high-performing IT Sales professional to drive business opportunities, build relationships with IT leaders, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of B2B IT sales experience, a diploma or degree in technology or related fields, and fluent English; Mandarin is a plus. Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, security, hardware or software solutions is preferred to tailor proposals to industry challenges.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, preferably in system integrator or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of IT product and service applications in business contexts.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and upselling.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives and IT decision-makers.
• Understand industry-specific challenges and provide tailored IT solutions (Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Hardware or Software).
• Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development and closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and client satisfaction.
