Job summary

EDB seeks an Account Executive (Enterprise) in Jakarta to drive growth in the Indonesian market and execute the go-to-market strategy. You will build relationships with key stakeholders to meet targets, pursue new logos, and maintain strong client retention across major accounts.

You will collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and support to ensure customer success, renewals, and long-term loyalty, while expanding strategic accounts and managing region-wide revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years hands-on selling IT solutions to Indonesian customers.
• 5+ years selling databases to enterprise customers.
• Proven experience selling into BFSI and Telecom with established networks.
• Understanding of subscription-based models and working with SI/partners.
• Familiar with Indonesian large accounts and software distributors.
• Collaboration with distributors and sellers is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve plan and revenue targets for the region (new revenue, renewals, services).
• Create account plans for strategic accounts and manage growth/quota.
• Build and leverage C-suite relationships to drive expansion and retention.
• Identify, qualify, develop and close new software subscriptions and consulting services.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to maximize customer success and revenue.
