Job summary

PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA in Surabaya seeks a results-driven sales professional to grow and sustain Hitachi Energy market share across product lines. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and drive proposals to close orders.

The role calls for at least 5 years in energy sales, excellent English, and a willingness to travel. You will operate in a dynamic market with a strong ethics focus and customer orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related business.
• University degree in Electrical and Power Engineering.
• Capable of communicating with people at all levels and under pressure.
• Display integrity and an open attitude.
• Compliance and business ethics are essential.
• Customer orientation, market intelligence and familiarity with business systems. Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities; support strategy and forecast for projects.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; ensure satisfaction and collect market data.
• Conduct seminars/road shows to raise Hitachi Energy presence and identify opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, manage change requests, and coordinate with technical staff.
• Oversee channel partners, coordinate with project management, and hand over orders.
• Support project execution and assist with spare parts quotations and invoicing.
• Live Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity.
