Job summary

PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to define and implement strategies for the electrical segment in Indonesia, driving market penetration and profitable growth. A BA/BS and 5–10 years of experience in sales/marketing within the electrical industry are required, with English proficiency. This is an on-site role based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Electrical/Engineering/Business Development.
• 5–10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Manager role in electrical industry.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel; demonstrated negotiation skills and sales/marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement segment sales and marketing strategies to drive market penetration and growth.
• Manage marketing and sales action plans to meet qualitative and quantitative targets with profitability.
• Develop local targets aligned with global units, oversee performance, and implement improvement plans.
• Negotiate key contracts, manage costs, ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
