Job summary

Wesco Anixter Indonesia seeks a Strategic Account Manager for MTDC to drive profitable growth across a named portfolio of multi-tenant data centers. You will engage C-suite and senior leadership for strategic alignment, and work with project, engineering, operations, procurement and site teams to execute and shape opportunities across data centre infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of sales, business development or strategic account management experience.
• Direct selling experience into the data center market (3–5 years) mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and revenue growth.
• Ability to influence multi-stakeholder opportunities with customers, EPCs, consultants and vendors.
• Strong understanding of data centre procurement cycles and project lifecycles.
• Engage confidently with senior executives and execution-level stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and forecasting skills.
• Discipline in pipeline management and account planning.

• Develop trusted relationships with senior leadership and key decision makers.
• Lead strategic account planning, mapping and priority setting.
• Position Wesco Anixter as a strategic infrastructure partner.
• Lead business reviews and executive engagement sessions.
• Conduct discovery to understand business and technical priorities.
• Map challenges to infrastructure, supply chain and deployment services.
• Influence solution design and deal shaping.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across EPCs, integrators and vendors.
