PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) seeks a governance-focused professional to develop and review GCG policies, conduct maturity assessments, and oversee CGPI-related activities. You will evaluate governance implementation across the organization and prepare governance measurement reports.

You will operate GCG applications and develop gratification control procedures to promote ethical practices and maintain corporate integrity within this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law is preferred.
• Experience in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare, manage and monitor reports effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and communication.
• High level of responsibility, integrity and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review Good Corporate Governance (GCG) policies in accordance with applicable regulations and corporate standards.
• Conduct corporate governance maturity assessments.
• Conduct assessments related to the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) program.
• Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of corporate governance practices across the organization.
• Prepare reports on corporate governance measurement and evaluation results.
• Operate and utilize Good Corporate Governance (GCG) applications to support governance-related activities.
• Develop gratification control procedures in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Implement and monitor gratification control procedures to promote ethical business practices and maintain corporate integrity.
