Job summary

PT Bank Jago Tbk in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an experienced sales professional to acquire new corporate customers, retain existing relationships, and cross-sell a range of banking products across portfolios. You will help grow the customer base while upholding Bank standards and managing inherent risks.

In this role, you will liaise with corporate clients, understand their funding needs, support KYC processes, and ensure service excellence along the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• At least 5 years banking industry experience and 1–2 years in Funding Business Sales with good performance.
• Understanding KYC provisions and service excellence in customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and build strong relationships.
• Balance liquidity and manage LDR between deposits and loans.
• Identify and prevent operation loss and potential fraud while supporting Internal Audit.
• Address customer complaints and fulfill needs per bank provisions.
