Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits leader to manage end-to-end C&B processes, develop salary structures, and benchmark against the market. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to optimize workforce costs and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in C&B with strong analytical capability, proficiency in Excel and HRIS, and a solid understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with end-to-end C&B processes.
• Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary structures, job grading, salary benchmarking, annual increments, bonuses and incentives.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, payroll practices, taxation, and BPJS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits processes, including payroll review, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compensation programs, including salary structure and scale, job grading, annual salary review, merit increases, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
• Conduct compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and market studies to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on compensation strategies and workforce costs.
• Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making.
