Pt. Mowilex is seeking a Remote Compensation and Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive C&B programs across Indonesia, supporting employees nationwide including those near Banjarmasin.

The role requires market research, salary benchmarking, benefits administration for health and retirement plans, regulatory compliance, and close collaboration with finance and HR to attract and retain top talent in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles and market pricing.
Experience with benefits administration (health, retirement, etc.).

Responsibilities

Administer and manage compensation structures, salary surveys, and job evaluations.
Oversee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
Develop competitive C&B strategies and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
Analyze C&B data to provide insights to leadership.
Communicate programs effectively to employees and managers.
