Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Operations Head to lead end-to-end comp & benefits programs, including salary administration, incentives, and vendor management. You will drive policy development, compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and optimize HRIS-driven processes.

You will mentor a team, collaborate with HR, Finance, and Rewards, and ensure accurate reporting and governance across all C&B activities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10 years in compensation & benefits with 3–5 years in a leadership/operational management role within a large organization, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration practices.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems especially Workday and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end operational execution of all compensation programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, bonuses, and benefit programs.
• Manage the administration of all employee benefits, including health, DPLK, BPJS and other perquisites, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust compensation and benefits operational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Rewards and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and communication of C&B initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance frameworks pertaining to compensation and benefits.
• Manage vendor relationships for benefits administration, payroll services, and other C&B-related platforms.
• Utilize HRIS and other relevant systems to optimize C&B processes, generate reports, and analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on C&B operational performance, budget utilization, and compliance to senior management.
