Job summary

ALVA is seeking a Compensation & Benefits professional in Indonesia to manage salaries, benefits, and payroll in coordination with internal teams. The role involves market benchmarking, policy development, and ensuring regulatory compliance to sustain competitiveness and equity.

You will support salary reviews, data analysis, and ad-hoc HC projects within the organization. The position emphasizes effective cross-functional collaboration, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of C&B

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits, including salaries, allowances, incentives, Tax, BPJS, insurance, leave, and other employee welfare programs.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with relevant internal teams and other stakeholders.
• Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary reviews to maintain external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Develop and continuously enhance employee benefit programs, and assess market-aligned, cost-effective benefit initiatives for potential implementation based on company needs.
• Maintain and analyze compensation, benefits, and payroll data, and prepare accurate periodic reports for management.
• Support annual salary reviews, Tax, and the implementation of other compensation-related programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian labor regulations and company policies related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of C&B policies, processes, systems, and controls.
• Support ad-hoc Human Capital projects and initiatives based on business needs.
