Job summary

PermataBank in Indonesia is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Commercial segment to provide tailored financial solutions and drive targets in line with policies. You will develop networks with commercial clients, conduct cross-selling, and ensure high service quality.

The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree and 3 years in banking, preferably Wholesale/ Corporate Banking, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Relationship Manager in banking
• Wholesale/ Corporate Banking experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Commercial segment customers, providing financial solutions to achieve targets while complying with policies and processes
• Responsible for achieving individually set targets for products and customer segmentation; conduct cross-selling and ensure high-quality work for customer satisfaction
• Develop, maintain, and expand networks/relationships with Commercial customers to achieve targets
• Establish cooperation with new/target Commercial segment customers and implement programs to increase acquisitions
