Job summary

PT Global Digital Niaga is seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Specialist for Fertilizer & Agrochemicals in Jakarta. You will drive growth by leveraging market expertise and relationships across plantations, advising the specialist team, and strengthening partnerships with customers and suppliers.

The role requires deep knowledge of products like Urea, NPK, Borate, and herbicides, plus the ability to develop strategic account plans and collaborate with commercial teams for revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in agriculture, agribusiness, business, management or related field.
• 5+ years in sales, procurement, purchasing or commercial roles within plantation industry.
• Strong knowledge of fertilizer/agrochemical products and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow fertilizer and herbicide segments for plantation customers and key accounts.
• Provide market insights to the team on dynamics, pricing trends, competition and supply conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the plantation ecosystem.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts via cross-selling and value-added solutions.
• Analyze market conditions, customer performance and competitors to craft effective sales strategies and maximize revenue.
• Lead preparation of commercial proposals, negotiations, and presentations to secure new business and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and achievement of revenue and margin targets.
• Stay informed on industry developments and best practices in fertilizer and agrochemical markets.
