Job summary

Angel Yeast is looking for an experienced Agriculture Sales professional to develop and manage our plantation customer portfolio, with a focus on fertilizers, plant nutrition, and agricultural inputs. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in agriculture sales, a proven track record with plantation companies, distributors, and key customers, and a willingness to travel across Indonesia.

Experience in fertilizer trading is preferred, and strong communication, negotiation, and independent work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Biology, Nutrition Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in agriculture sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, fertilizers, crop nutrition, or agricultural inputs.
• Previous experience in agriculture or plant nutrition trading is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin fluency highly preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and develop potential cooperators and business partners, distributors for biofertilizer products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with plantation companies, distributors, and key agricultural customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plantation and agriculture sectors.
• Promote and sell fertilizers, plant nutrition products, and other agricultural inputs according to customer needs.
• Understand customers' crop nutrition requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer prospecting, product presentation, negotiation, quotation, closing, and after-sales support.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain close communication with key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.
