Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a proactive STR Transaction Coordinator to manage end-to-end real estate transactions sourced primarily through Zillow and other online channels. You will support deal flow, coordinate between stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution from contract to closing.

The role requires experience in real estate transaction coordination, strong contract knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating STR real estate transactions.
Strong knowledge of contracts and closing processes.
Experience with Zillow or similar online leads.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
High attention to detail and excellent organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate STR real estate transactions from lead to closing.
Draft, review, and manage purchase agreements and related contracts.
Manage Zillow-generated leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Serve as central point of communication between agents, buyers/sellers, and vendors.
Schedule and track inspections, appraisals, and due diligence tasks.
Ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time.
Keep CRM and transaction records organized and up to date.
Monitor deadlines and contingencies to maintain smooth progress.
