Job summary

RemoHires seeks an experienced Lead Acquisitions & Dispositions Specialist for an overnight shift to support a US real estate wholesaling client. You will evaluate leads, negotiate with motivated sellers, secure contracts, and structure wholesale deals.

You’ll work remotely with US buyers and sellers in English, manage acquisitions and dispositions end-to-end, and keep CRM records up to date. A 3–5 year track record in real estate wholesaling or related fields is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate wholesaling or related fields.
• Strong understanding of US real estate wholesale process, from seller negotiation to buyer assignment.
• Proven ability to evaluate opportunities using ARV, comps, property condition, acquisition price, and profit margins.
• Hands-on experience negotiating with motivated sellers and securing contracts.
• Understanding of contract assignments and wholesale deal structures, including double closings, seller financing, and subject-to transactions, where applicable.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written, for professional negotiations with US-based sellers and buyers.
• Experience using CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Podio, or REI Reply is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate property leads from lead sources.
• Assess property details, ARV, comps, seller motivation, and asking price.
• Negotiate acquisition terms and secure seller contracts.
• Identify profitable wholesale opportunities.
• Coordinate contract assignments and closings.
• Maintain CRM records and deal progress.
• Identify buyers and manage relationships for assignments.
• Provide regular updates on negotiations and deals.
