The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in residential real estate or property management, excellent English written and verbal skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into qualified tenants.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, SMS and platforms.
• Qualify tenants based on requirements and availability.
• Schedule showings, virtual tours, and follow-ups.
• Communicate features, pricing, policies and lease terms.
• Manage leads through CRM and keep records accurate.
• Follow up to maximize lead conversion and occupancy.
• Process rental applications and coordinate screenings.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals and move-in docs.
• Coordinate move-in dates, deposits, utilities and keys.
• Monitor listings for pricing, photos, and availability.
• Assist with renewals and reduce vacancy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and fair housing regulations.
• Provide reports on leads, applications, conversions and occupancy.
