CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Short-Term Rental Property Manager Virtual Assistant to support US-based clients with daily operations of vacation rentals. You will handle guest communications, bookings, and listings, and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and inspections.

Remote work with US hours is expected. The role requires hands-on STR management experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Guesty, Hostaway, and listing platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of STR properties listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms.
• Handle guest communication, booking inquiries, check-in/check-out instructions, complaints, and guest concerns.
• Manage reservations, availability calendars, and listing updates across platforms.
• Use Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PM systems to manage reservations and streamline operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy, and booking performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and property inspections between guest stays.
• Resolve guest issues, urgent maintenance requests, and operational escalations promptly.
• Maintain accurate property records, booking details, and operational documentation.
• Communicate with property owners regarding performance, maintenance, and updates.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet quality standards before check-in.
• Monitor guest reviews and feedback and implement improvements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Guesty, Hostaway, and other property management systems, along with strong skills in guest communication, maintenance coordination, and listing management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental (STR) properties listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other booking platforms.
• Handle guest communication, booking inquiries, check-in/check-out instructions, complaints, and guest concerns.
• Manage reservations, availability calendars, and listing updates across multiple booking platforms.
• Use Guesty, Hostaway, or similar property management systems to manage reservations and streamline daily operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy, and booking performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and property inspections between guest stays.
• Resolve guest issues, urgent maintenance requests, and operational escalations promptly.
• Maintain accurate property records, booking details, and operational documentation.
• Communicate with property owners regarding property performance, maintenance, and operational updates.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet quality standards before check-in.

• Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and help improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in STR property management or vacation rental operations.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Practical experience using Guesty, Hostaway, or similar property management systems.
• Strong understanding of guest relations, reservation management, and property operations.
• Experience coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with channel management, pricing optimization, and occupancy management.
• Knowledge of vendor management, maintenance coordination, and owner reporting.
• Previous experience supporting US-based property management companies.
