Job summary

The role focuses on scheduling, staff development, KPI-driven performance, product presentation, and analysis of sales data to plan promotions and store efficiency. English communication and leadership are essential, with a requirement to work in shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in any major.
• 4 years of experience in a similar retail role.
• Strong understanding of KPI metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Requirements

Minimum educational background Diploma degree any major.

Minimum working experiences 4 years in a similar role in retail industry retail sports and lifestyle

Have a good understanding about KPI's Metrics.

Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Able to communicate in English.

Able to work well in a team.

Good personality, friendly, honest, discipline, and confidence.

Strong willingness to learn and develop in the retail industry.

Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and holiday.

Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
