Job summary

PT. Navya Retail Indonesia in Bogor is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to lead the sales assistant team and cashier, ensuring SOP adherence and smooth daily operations.

You will manage staff shifts, develop skills, organize product displays, and analyze sales reports and traffic to optimize promotions and planning. Fluency in English (passive), strong leadership, and KPI understanding are required; weekend and holiday work is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• Age 25-28 years old.
• English (passive) and computer literacy essential.
• Preferably Supervisor with 3+ years in retail (fashion/footwear/active lifestyle).
• Understand KPI metrics.
• Willingness to learn and develop in retail.
• Able to work shifts including weekend and holidays.
• Experience dealing with mass product.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP.

• Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP.
• Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance.
• Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP.
• Understand product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers effectively.
• Identifying market trend in our target market.
• Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo.
• Making sales report and sales planning.
• Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP.
• Ensuring security of store, staff, and customers.
• Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, any field.
• Age 25 - 28 years old.
• Required skill(s): English (min. passive), computary, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, Leadership and Managing.
• Preferably Supervisor at least 3 year(s) of working experience in retail industry, especially in fashion/footwear/active lifestyle.
• Have an understanding about KPI's Metrics.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in retail industry.
• Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
• Having experience dealing with mass product.
