Job summary

PT. Navya Retail Indonesia is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee the sales assistant team and cashiers in Balikpapan. The role focuses on adhering to SOPs, scheduling shifts, developing staff skills, and maintaining product displays with strong attention to product knowledge and customer communication.

Candidate should have a Diploma and 3+ years in retail, preferably in fashion/footwear, and be willing to work weekends and holidays. Proactive in KPI metrics and sales planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales assistant team and cashier follow SOP.
• Manage staff shift schedule and evaluate performance.
• Organize product displays per SOP and maintain stock displays.
• Promote understanding of product knowledge to customers.
• Identify market trends in target market and analyse sales data.
• Prepare sales reports and plan promotions.
• Ensure store security and cleanliness of store, stockroom and equipment.

• Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP.
• Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance.
• Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP.
• Understand product knowledge and able to communicate it to customers effectively.
• Identifying market trend in our target market.
• Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo.
• Making sales report and sales planning.
• Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP.
• Ensuring security of store, staff, and customers.
• Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, any field.
• Age 26-28 years old.
• Required skill(s): English (min. passive), computary, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, Leadership and Managing.
• Preferably Supervisor at least 3 year(s) of working experience in retail industry, especially in fashion/footwear/active lifestyle.
• Have an understanding about KPI's Metrics.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in retail industry.
• Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
• Having experience dealing with mass product.
