Job summary

PT. JIMSHONEY INDONESIA PRATAMA is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations across Maluku, including Ternate. The role ensures compliance with company standards while driving sales through effective promotions and team execution.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years’ experience in retail fashion supervision, strong leadership, and excellent communication in Indonesian and English. Willingness to be placed in Maluku area and rotate locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (S1).
• 1-2 years retail fashion store management or supervision experience.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth activities.
• Achieve store sales targets through sales strategies, promotions, and team execution.
• Monitor and report store sales performance, customer trends, and promotion effectiveness.
• Develop local sales opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, staffing needs, team productivity, and employee performance.
• Train, coach, and supervise store team members to improve selling skills, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze product performance, market demand, and manage SKU ordering to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate product shipment and stock replenishment from warehouse to store.
• Manage store operational expenses, including petty cash usage and accountability.
• Handle store-specific promotional activities and submit LOA approval for special transactions, promotions, and manpower additions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Management) to support store operations.
• Maintain store performance, customer experience, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a Store Manager or Supervisor in retail fashion

Able to communicate politely and effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

Strong leadership skills and team management capabilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers and staff

Able to work under pressure and maintain emotional balance

Well-organized and experienced in scheduling work shifts

Willing to be placed in Maluku area and rotate locations from time to time
