Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• Age 25-28 years old.
• English (passive) and computer literacy essential.
• Preferably Supervisor with 3+ years in retail (fashion/footwear/active lifestyle).
• Understand KPI metrics.
• Willingness to learn and develop in retail.
• Able to work shifts including weekend and holidays.
• Experience dealing with mass product.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP.
• Manage staff shift schedule and evaluate performance.
• Organize product displays per SOP and ensure visual standards.
• Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers.
• Analyze sales reports, customer traffic, and store promotions.
• Make sales reports and sales planning.
• Ensure promotions align with SOP and maintain store security.
• Ensure store, stockroom, and equipment are clean and presentable.
