Qualifications

• Diploma degree in any major.
• 4 years of retail experience in footwear/sportswear.
• Understanding KPI metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Willing to learn and develop in retail.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
• Based in Balikpapan.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales assistant team and cashier follow SOP.
• Manage staff shift schedules and evaluate performance.
• Organize product displays according to SOP.
• Communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Identify market trends in the target market.
• Analyze sales reports, traffic, and store promotions.
• Prepare sales reports and sales planning.
• Coordinate promotions according to SOP.
• Ensure store, staff, and customer security.
• Maintain clean, presentable store, stockroom and equipment.

Job description

Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP

Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance

Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP

Understand product knowledge and ability to communicate it to customers effectively

Identifying the market trend in our target market

Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo

Making a sales report and sales planning

Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP

Ensuring the security of the store, staff, and customers

Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable

Requirements:

Minimum educational background Diploma degree any major.

Minimum working experiences 4 years in a similar role in retail industry (footwear/sportswear).

Have an understanding about KPI's Metrics.

Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Able to communicate in English.

Able to work well in a team.

Good personality, friendly, honest, discipline, and confidence.

Strong willingness to learn and develop in the retail industry.

Able to work in shift including Saturday, Sunday and holiday.

Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
