Job summary

jd sports indonesia is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Indonesia. You will supervise and develop the team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service and visual merchandising.

You will train staff, manage shifts, handle inquiries and complaints, and coordinate weekly briefs to uphold high standards. The role requires 6+ years in retail, with at least 1 year in store management, and willingness to work public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of working experience in retail, with a Store Manager role preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Store Manager.
• Strong customer service, sales orientation and leadership skills.

• Deal with enquiries and complaints and resolve the issue/request.
• Drive consistency within your internal teams to achieve the highest service levels.
• Following a weekly brief, ensure that this is applied to your store and maintain high visual standards.
• Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store by using the latest visual techniques.
• Make sure that all new products and advertised product is all visible and in the correct locations.
• Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their expertise and know-how
• Develop existing team members and encourage progression within the company.
• Hold regular training meetings within the store, making sure the team around you are able to maintain the high standards required.

Requirement

• At least 6 years of working experience in the retail industry or related field, preferably have experience as a Store Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Have good interpersonal skills, be good at problem-solving, & good at communication.
• Willing to work on shifts
• Ready to work 5 days a week and work on public holidays
