Job description

We are looking for a Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and performance of our stores. This role will own store execution, team management, sales performance, customer experience and retail operating standards across both locations. You will work closely with Inventory & Logistics, Finance, Marketing and other teams to ensure the stores operate smoothly and approved initiatives are executed consistently.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of all stores.

Manage store schedules, attendance, daily task allocation and team performance.

Coach and develop the retail team and support recruitment and onboarding.

Monitor sales performance against approved targets and identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain store inventory accuracy and coordinate regular stocktakes and replenishment.

Ensure POS transactions, settlements, returns and exchanges are handled correctly.

Implement approved promotions, pricing changes and marketing activities in store.

Prepare stores and teams for new product and collection launches.

Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and customer service standards.

Coordinate consignment products and reporting.

About you

3+ years of experience in retail operations, store management or a similar role.

Experience managing retail teams, preferably across multiple locations.

Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance and customer experience.

Comfortable using POS and retail management systems.

Strong people-management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to analyse sales and operational information and turn it into action.

Highly organised with strong follow-through and accountability.

Hands‑on, proactive and comfortable working in a growing business.

Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
