Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer retention through first-class service.
• Handle enquiries and complaints and resolve issues.
• Drive consistency across internal teams to uphold service levels.
• Act on weekly briefs to apply standards and maintain visuals.
• Attract and engage customers using the latest visual techniques.
• Ensure new products and promotions are visible and correctly located.
• Build, develop and manage the store team and their expertise.
• Develop existing team members and encourage progression.
